Spicy Yippee Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Yippee noodles
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Boil 2 cups of water in a pot on the stove top.
  • Add the Yippee noodles to the boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
  • In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil on the stove top.
  • Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  • Add the green chillies and sauté for another minute.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, soya sauce, salt, and turmeric, mixing well.
  • Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the sauce mixture.
  • Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  • Serve hot.
