Ingredients:

  • 200g Paneer, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

  • Pan
  • Spatula

  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onions and sauté until translucent.
  • Add minced ginger and garlic, and sauté for another minute.
  • Add sliced bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Add cubed paneer, turmeric powder, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until paneer is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
